How to Apply
Application Procedure
After completing the On-line Application to exhibit, submit the Contract with the company seal and down payment (1/2 of the total Exhibit Fee) to the secretariat.
Booth Allocation
Booth allocation for KOPLAS 2025 will prioritize previous exhibitors. The secretariat will determine booth locations based on the previous year's location, participation record, booth size, application order, and the overall composition of exhibits and the exhibition hall.
Special Benefits
① : Participants of KOPLAS 2023 & K-Mtech 2024 are given USD 100 discount for each booth
② : Early Bird Discount - USD 100 discount for each booth is applied to exhibitors who pay the full amount of booth charge by November 29th, 2024.
(Both benefits can be applied duplicable.)
