Through the spread of high-functional alloys, we contribute to preventing energy loss at industrial sites, preventing information errors, increasing production efficiency, extending product life and securing stability, and striving to reduce the use of rare earth and harmful metals by using eco-friendly metals.
We will continue to research and develop high-performance alloy manufacturing technologies that have not been discovered before to increase corporate value and help humanity.
MTA Co., Ltd. has developed high corrosion resistance and high sterilization metal powder (S10, S20) by adding about 10 to 20% of copper to stainless steel (SUS). After adding it to plastic, silicone, paint, etc., antibacterial tests at domestic and foreign test institutes showed that it sterilized more than 99.99% of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus MRSA.
We are also conducting various suitability tests as materials for medical devices with university hospitals, and are planning to develop high-sterilization composite material products such as paint, silicone, urethane, plastic, and ceramic that can be widely applied to everyday materials in cooperation with domestic and foreign specialized companies.
