Daedeok Techno Valley Material MKE Polymer Co., Ltd. is a venture company that provides research equipment and technology solutions for the development of polymer material parts. Under the banner of advancement of the polymer industry, we have global technology accumulated in the field of polymer and new material processing and research equipment manufacturing technology required for Plastics Industry 4.0.
In the field of experimental equipment, we first localized the torque rheometer (RheoComp®), which had been monopolized by foreign products (HAAKETM*1, Brabender®*2)*, and commercialized the screw rheometer (MSR), a new concept rheometry equipment, for the first time in the world. In addition, functional film development equipment (EzCast), small-scale compounding research equipment (Micro-Compounder), rubber extrusion processability evaluation and natural rubber viscosity measuring equipment (RPE-I, II), rheological properties including capillary viscometer We launched a measuring device (MKE RheoStation), and recently, we are developing and supplying research equipment necessary for the upcycling, bioplastic, and alternative meat markets.
In addition, it has directly built an advanced polymer processing technology platform for the first time in Korea to provide various types of field-customized processing technology solutions, 'MKE P-TEC'. Recently, it has been growing as a global technology partner in the chemical department field, such as winning a project for the Propulsion Center of the US Department of Defense.
