At the 27th International Plastic Rubber Industry Exhibition (KOPLAS 2023), SCM will introduce a small precision extruder 

(blown film & cast film extrusion line with 1Mx1M space), a small precision injection molding machine (25 ton, Dr.BOY's best-selling model) 

that has not yet been introduced to the domestic market injection molding machine), antistatic system used in extrusion & injection process (FOGE, Germany), 

potentiometer & magnetic sensor (position sensor) used in injection molding machines and various industries, 

precision non-powered automatic continuous screen changer.

 

At this KOPLAS 2021, the small precision injection molding machine of Dr.BOY GmbH & Co.KG, established in Germany in 1968, will be exhibited and introduced. 

Dr.BOY is the company with the largest market share in Europe and the world for small injection molding machines, and at the exhibition, 

the best-selling model BOY25E (25 ton injection molding machine), which is sold the most worldwide, will be showcased.

 

In addition, as a case of manufacturing and injection of 3D printing core, Stratasys Korea successfully exhibited BOY XS (10 tons) equipment and injection 

using 3D printing core at the previous International Plastic Rubber Industry Exhibition (KOPLAS).

Dr.BOY's injection molding machine has a basic equipment warranty period of 2 years, and operation and operation are convenient by applying UTX (Single-board computer). 

It is steadily leading the global injection industry trends such as Industry 4.0, 3D printing injection, and the new program version Alpha 6. 

In addition, it is a facility that responds to the high demands of various customers by realizing precision molding (accuracy of 2-4 microns) through safety close-loop control.

SCM will introduce the precision non-powered automatic continuous screen changer from High-Technology Corp, 

which was established in the United States in 1969. The company specialized with expertise in non-powered screen changers required for various extrusion lines 

such as PROFILE extrusion line, CO-EXTRUSION extrusion line, BLOW MOLDING extrusion line, and FILAMENT/FIBER extrusion line.

 

 

3. HITECH Screen Changer System

 

SCM will introduce DANINOR’s film/sheet transparency meter. DAVINOR founded in Finland as a manufacturer specializing in film transparency 

and multi-layer film thickness meter, and supplying to world-class companies with patented technology.

Regardless of the number of layers, the multi-layer film thickness meter can measure up to 1200 μm in film thickness 

(maximum thickness of one layer is 650 μm), and can measure layer thicknesses of 1 μm or more.

In 2022, SCM will introduce FÖGE Elektronik GmbH’s high qualified anti-static system used in extrusion/injection molding lines. 

High-performance ionizers and anti-static system. 

The system will include AD/DC ionizers, fan-type ionizers, static electricity measuring instruments, and various other product groups.

industrial (aviation parts, graphic, mold, energy industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, ship, etc.), laboratory and other precision parts, etc.

and the mixing is 1000 times better than the same single extruder and 8 times better than the twin extruder. 

Rancastle has been developing and selling micro extrusion lines for the first time in the world from 1968 year.

 

9. ESDE Laboratory Extrusion Line

 

- ESDE Established in Germany in 1976 as a manufacturer specializing in film/sheet extrusion lines from laboratory use to mass production. 

It possesses various advanced technologies regarding film and sheet line.

 

10. SINO compounding line

 

SINO Alloy founded in 1990 as a manufacturer specializing in twin extruder compounding extrusion lines, in Taiwan.

 

 

11. EMT LSR Dosing Unit

 

EMT established in Germany in 2004 as a manufacturer specializing in liquid silicon supply equipment.

A:B ratio adjustable can be adjusted and it provides high precision of 0.054gram accuracy. 

It supplies 110 gram shot weight without conversion and has the advantage of maintaining perfect dosing and mixing ratios. 

It is a pneumatic system, easy to install, and low maintenance cost. The system is manufactured and supplied in 2L and 20-200L.

 

12. DVT Test Equipment

 

DVT established in Turkey in 1960 as a specialist in analytical equipment.
